Jessica Kolodziej, CAM

Jessica joined our team as a property manager, she brings over 5 years of experience in property and facility management to Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida. Her responsibilities encompass Landlord retention, fostering strong tenant and vendor relationships, creating property budgets, overseeing rent collection, and managing the day-to-day operations of our assets. Notably, Jessica oversees an impressive 6 million square feet of real estate, with tenants including Dr. Pepper, Keurig, Ferguson Supply, and other esteemed brands. She obtained her Community Association Manager (CAM) license in September 2021. When she’s not immersed in work, Jessica enjoys quality time with her family and friends, as well as exploring new destinations!
