Nathan York

Nathan York graduated in December 2024 from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Finance,
concentrating in Real Estate. During his time at FGCU, Nathan completed an internship at Cushman &
Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida, where he gained valuable experience in market
research, financial modeling, and supporting brokers with Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) and proposals.
After completing his internship, Nathan was brought on as a Research Coordinator, further solidifying
his expertise in the commercial real estate industry.

In his role, Nathan collaborates with brokers to deliver tailored solutions for clients, assisting in market
analysis, client proposals, and property valuations. His strong background in real estate finance and
research ensures that clients receive data-driven insights for their investment decisions.
