Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician

Rick joined the building and facilities department at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida in March of 2022. Rick moved to SW Florida in 2003 from Indiana, where he played college football.

He likes spending time with his two children who are both teachers and coaches at Lee County high schools. Rick also likes to fish, go camping and play golf his spare time.

• Over 37 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and residential construction, 15 years of which as a superintendent
• 8 years serving in leadership rolls overseeing residential and commercial warranty work
• Owner for 6+ years of a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company

• Studied Business Management at Ball State University
