Service Porter / Maintenance
Job Summary
Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida is the largest third party commercial property management company and one of the top three full service commercial brokerage firms in Southwest Florida. At our core, we are a high volume, fast paced, highly professional sales and leasing organization. We are seeking a motivated individual who will represent the company by providing services on properties managed by the Company. This individual will need to have interactive skills to effectively communicate with property managers, tenants, and vendors. A company vehicle will be provided during business hours. A daily / weekly schedule will be provided by property management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Pick up litter and debris on properties
- Empty cigarette and trash receptacles
- Cob-Web buildings and structures
- Clean out dumpster areas
- Remove debris from properties and haul to dump
- Interact with Maintenance personnel
- Be interactive with property managers report issues on properties to property managers
- Post Abandoned Notices on Cars as directed by property managers
- Check exterior or interior common area lights for burnt out bulbs
- Check car stops for re-bar or broken stops and possibly replace
- Identify potential slip and fall issues at properties
Qualifications and Skills
The eligible candidate:
- must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- will have ability to back up a trailer and unload an ATV
- will wear a company shirt and shall have proper hygiene and etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour
