Alexandra Costas

Alexandra Costas is a dedicated property management professional with experience in luxury residential and retirement community environments. Born and raised in Miami, she began her career managing high-end residential properties in Miami Beach and Sunny Isles, where she built a strong foundation in resident relations, operations, and client service.

In September 2024, Alexandra relocated to Fort Myers and joined a residential property management firm specializing in retirement communities, where she provided attentive, high-quality support to residents and contributed to a positive and well-managed living environment. Her strong background in customer service and relationship building allows her to effectively support tenants, vendors, ownership, and internal teams through clear communication and efficient property operations. Alexandra brings a detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and well-rounded approach to commercial property management.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and staying active through soccer, golf, tennis, pickleball, and horseback riding. She also has a strong interest in financial markets, particularly stock market investing.
