Cody Rainer

Cody Rainer, a California native, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role here at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he served proudly for 14 years as a Mortarman, leading an 8-man gun crew. His military service played a pivotal role in shaping his character and work ethic.

Following his time in the military, Cody transitioned to the machining industry, accumulating 20 years of experience as both a CNC and manual machinist. His career path then led him to the PowerGrid in Pennsylvania, where he contributed to managing a network serving 65 million customers across 17 states. In 2021, Cody relocated to Florida to further his career in facilities management, and he has since led teams both across the United States and internationally in locations such as Belize, Colombia, and the Philippines.

A committed lifelong learner, Cody holds 87 certifications in various fields and continues to expand his knowledge. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and learning new languages, including ASL and Spanish. Additionally, Cody has a passion for woodworking, crafting everything from pens and goblets to unique, creative pieces.
