Gary Nostas

Gary Nostas handles all aspects of facilities and property management responsibilities for a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. Gary has extensive hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, service, machinery, and equipment. Gary also has 20+ years of experience as lead machine operator for the Naples Daily News. Gary is responsible for grounds upkeep and works closely with the Facilities Director and property management department to identify and communicate any potential issues that he observes at the properties.

Gary loves to ride his motorcycle and enjoys attending motorcycle events throughout Florida. He likes to show his excellent soccer skills on the playing field. Gary is also a self-proclaimed grill master who is married with two beautiful children.
