(Jan. 17, 2017) — The Chief Operating Officer and Director of Property Management for Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida was a guest speaker recently at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Southwest Florida monthly meeting in Naples.
Pamela K. Van Vleck’s presentation focused on the unique skill sets required of a Director of Management, as well as the attributes they look for in potential employees when hiring commercial property managers. Van Vleck serves as the primary point of contact with owners and landlords, focusing on business development in Southwest Florida.
Van Vleck has built a portfolio of more than 4 million square feet of retail, office, industrial and commercial association properties. Her areas of expertise include detailed financial analysis, performance audits, client relations and team building. As Chief Operating Officer, her duties include oversight and operations of both brokerage and property management divisions of Commercial Property Southwest Florida.
