James Kishel
Chief Operating Officer
James Kishel loves building companies. Throughout his 25-year career, he has been uniquely focused on enhancing this skill. This journey started when he started at Cushman & Wakefield as a marketing associate. He was never satisfied with the status quo, and built a reputation for always pushing the envelope with client-facing strategies, new offerings, and internal efficiencies. He created and managed several key positions that were vital to growing a decentralized marketing organization into a national practice, which became the model of efficiency and productivity. Not being satisfied with a single department, he then moved to run operations for C&W’s industrial platform. Over his 3-year tenure in this role, Industrial revenue grew more than 400%.
With this strong performance as a baseline, James supercharged his focus on company growth and dove into the client experience. The next decade was spent honing his skills in strategy development. Combining his passion for growth with an in-depth understanding of a multinational company’s needs allowed him to develop strategies and methodologies that enable smart growth, applicable in all economic environments.
After starting his own consulting company focused on driving strategic growth, he decided to put his methodologies back into practice at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida, where he now serves as their Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is focused on transforming the company and the market into a model for the next generation of real estate services.
