Roman Bondarenko

Roman joined Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Properties Southwest Florida in December 2024 as an Accounting Clerk, contributing to the Finance Team’s efforts to maintain seamless and efficient operations. Before joining the company, Roman gained experience in financial processes, including
invoicing and resolving billing issues, which helped him develop strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Originally from Ukraine, Roman is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the American University in Bulgaria. Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, he is a valuable asset in supporting our team’s diverse needs and maintaining clear communication with clients and colleagues.

professional development.
