Sammi Sullo

Sammi is a Property Manager at CPSWFL, where she is part of the team responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties, comprised of retail, office, and medical space. Her responsibilities include annual budget preparation, expense reconciliation preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, vendor contracts, and emergency response.  

Sammi is focused on establishing and implementing a strategic, portfolio-wide objective of maximizing value. This is achieved by reducing operating expenses and increasing overall tenant satisfaction, resulting in increased retention in the properties she manages. 

Sammi is a native of Connecticut and joined CPSWFL in 2023. Previously, she worked as a licensed realtor in CT and brokerage operations and asset management before joining CPSWFL as a Property Manager.
