Timothy Frederic brings a strong owner-operator perspective to his role as Director at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida. A lifelong advocate for Southwest Florida, Tim is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with additional studies at UCF’s Rosen School of Hospitality. Raised on Sanibel Island, he has a deep-rooted connection to the region and its communities.

Tim spent over 20 years as a McDonald’s Franchisee, owning and operating nine restaurants throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. Following his success in the restaurant industry, he transitioned into real estate development, completing a 15,000-square-foot shopping center and launching multiple restaurant concepts. He later obtained his Florida Real Estate License and expanded his focus into commercial real estate advisory.

Today, Tim leverages his extensive experience in business operations, development, and hospitality to deliver practical, results-driven solutions for clients across Southwest Florida. His hands-on leadership background allows him to approach transactions with a strategic, real-world mindset focused on long-term value.

Deeply committed to the local community, Tim actively supports organizations including the Southwest Florida Ronald McDonald House, the Bobby Nichols Charity Foundation, local schools, and his church. He is also a proud father of two and enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, boating, and golfing throughout Southwest Florida.
