CPSWFL Names James Kishel as Chief Operating Officer

In his role as COO, Kishel will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations across brokerage, property management, development, and facility services, driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency. His leadership will support CPSWFL’s continued growth and commitment to providing clients with industry-leading real estate solutions across the region.

Kishel brings more than two decades of experience with Cushman & Wakefield, where he held several senior positions and played a key role in expanding the company’s industrial platform nationally. His expertise in organizational development, process improvement, and client service strategy has been instrumental in shaping performance-driven teams across multiple markets.
